Figmayo is seeking a results-driven Growth lead to join our team and play a crucial role in driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical thinker with a proven track record of implementing successful growth strategies. We are a young startup and you will be expected to own the role, using your initiative to implement and drive progress. This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable in a fast moving environment and wants to become a core member of the team in an exciting space.
User Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new users through channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, partnerships, and other growth hacking techniques.
Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with the community, and drive traffic to FigMayo.
Content Marketing: Develop and implement content marketing strategies to attract and engage target audiences, establishing Figmayo as a trusted voice in the industry.
Conversion Optimisation: Contribue to improving the conversion funnel via feedback from users and analysing metrics and user behaviour.
Retention Strategies: Create and execute initiatives to enhance user retention and reduce churn.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics tools to gather insights, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to continually refine and improve growth strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and development teams to align growth initiatives with overall company goals and objectives.
Experience in a similar role, demonstrating successful execution of growth strategies.
Passionate about design systems, Figma and the product design process.
In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and other digital marketing channels.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Creativity and a passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in the product design space.
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to set and achieve ambitious growth targets.
